Yes. The yard is laid out for vehicles, so you can park next to a ground floor unit and unload straight in. Upper level units are reached by a steel staircase and walkway.

The yard is fenced with steel palisade fencing and automated gates. Entry is by PIN code and ANPR number plate recognition. CCTV covers the site around the clock, flood lights come on at night and there is 24 hour security.

You lock your own container and keep the key. We sell heavy duty locks in the office, along with boxes and packaging, or you can bring your own.

Storage containers come in 6ft, 8ft, 10ft, 20ft and 40ft sizes, on the ground or on the upper level. We also have 20ft offices. Across storage and offices there are around 200 units on site.

Storage starts from £20 a week. An 8ft container is £90 on the upper level or £110 on the ground floor. A 10ft is £200 upper or £260 ground. A 20ft is £260 upper or £320 ground. All prices exclude VAT. Call for 6ft, 40ft and office prices.

The site holds public liability insurance and goods are stored at the owner’s risk. You arrange your own contents cover for what you keep in the unit. Most home insurers can add this to an existing policy.

Yes. Customers park on site while they use their unit. We also offer all day parking from £10, which suits van drivers and anyone working nearby. Terms apply.

Yes. We have 20ft office containers on site, so a trade, courier or online business can work next to its stock. Ask in the office or call for availability.

Our containers are wind and watertight steel boxes. Like any steel building they can get condensation on cold mornings, so keep soft items off the floor, use pallets or shelving for anything sensitive and leave a little space for air to move. Ask us if you are unsure about an item.

Most customers come from Harringay, Finsbury Park, Manor House, Tottenham, Wood Green, Stoke Newington, Stamford Hill and Crouch End. With 24 hour access and parking on site we also suit anyone who works across North London.
